West (WES)
Most famous for its Garden of the Gods Park. Areas west of Interstate 25 from Garden of the Gods on the north to roughly Highway 24 on the south is generally referred to as the Westside. This area offers very distinct neighborhoods with a combination of unique, old, and new - There are estates with breathtaking views of Garden of the Gods and sweet Victorians lining the streets of Old Colorado City (OCC). There even is a secretly tucked away neighborhood of Cedar Heights that over look the Garden of the Gods in all its splendor and grace. Holland Park, between Garden of the Gods and Fillmore Street, offers 20-30 year old homes and some town homes. Just west, atop the mesa which overlook Garden of the Gods, are single family homes and condos built in the 50's and 60's, many of which are brick plus an exclusive, gated community called Kissing Camels, which features its own golf course and country club.
