Colorado Springs is more than the sleepy little mountain town that much of America envisions. It is a thriving and exciting town with many things to see and do. Year round festivals and events as well as cultural attractions make Colorado Springs a city filled with life. Each day holds a new adventure or attraction that can engage the mind and fill your day with enjoyment and educate you a little more about this great city we call home. To help you to find out more about these great opportunities, I have provided some great links below. Colorado Springs is an exciting, thriving town with many things to see and do. Most attractions are year round May through September there is something happening nearly every weekend. Some events are: concerts, rodeos, theme weekends, festivals, and a hot air-balloon. Pikes Peak Among the state’s 53 “fourteeners”, this is spotted from over 90 miles away. America’s Mountain can be accessed by driving up the Pikes Peak Highway ride the Manitou and Pikes Peak Railway and offers activities from hiking, biking, fishing, and picnicking. Host too many special events: like the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, Pike Peak Marathon, and New Year’s Eve’s AdAmAn Club. |
